He was happy to... offer advice and solutions for what we were looking to do and once on the job he was extremely neat and tidy. I required an EICR. Within a few minutes of submitting my online request Neil from Energize Electrical called me. He... explained everything and what was required. Very shortly after that I received an online quote, which I was happy with. A date and time was arranged for my inspection. I received several messages before the agreed date re-confirming the appointment. This helped to reassure me that I was dealing with professionals, who were very customer orientated. Campbell turned up at the agreed time and was very thorough in inspecting all my electrical installations. He explained his recommendations for remedial work that I, as a layman, was able to understand! Neil then phoned me to make sure that I had been happy with the level of service provided. Energize Electrical were very supportive and accommodating when my EV charger developed a fault and required to be... returned to the manufacturer as part of a warranty claim.Neil was very helpful, supportive and informative in helping me work out what had gone wrong with the charger and who I needed to contact to investigate the issue. This concluded with the charger manufacturer agreeing to process a warranty claim and provide me with a new charger. Energize Electrical were very accommodating in booking me in to remove my old charger so I could send it back and equally accommodating when the new charger arrived. Campbell and Jordan were conscientious and made the cable safe after removing the old charger and quickly reinstalled the new charger helping me set it up and connect it with the app.I find the processes Energize Electrical have in place for their customer care absolutely first rate, their booking in system is excellent and the appointment goes straight into my calendar. I also find their appointment reminder messages really helpful and the follow up communication to check work is done to my satisfaction is another measure that proves they look after their customers well.I have no hesitation in recommending Energize Electrical for any electrical work needing done. They are now my go to for this type of work and I will be recommending them to anyone who asks for a reliable electrician in the future.read more

Energise initially came to undertake an EICR on my new home. As part of this report, Neil advised that the age and... state of the fuse board was the source of some potential issues. We discussed at length the pros and cons of undertaking remedial work, and I had time to get other quotes and discuss with other contractors. Required some electrical sockets replaced like for like and an extractor fan replaced.Very quick response to initial... enquiry and communication with Neil very good throughout. Job was assessed one day later with quote provided later in the day. Work started the following day. The fan wasn't straightforward as there were issues with how the original fan had been installed and work was required to reposition a duct with resultant gaps requiring filling. This delayed the project by a few days but Cameron returned a few days later to complete the task.Very happy with the work done which was carried out very quickly and tidily.Would definitely use this company again.read more

Energize were brilliant. I had been let down by a previous contractor on a renovation project and was in urgent need of... rewiring. I found them through Trusted Trader and Neil was on the ball and responsive from the first communication and even after they had finished. They were always on time, great to deal with and the quality of their workmanship evident in the finished product - a completely rewired flat. We had a water damaged ceiling in a utility room which we thought was caused by the MEV extraction unit. Campbell... arranged for the joiner Bryan and his team to cut out a portion of the ceiling to assess where water damage was coming from. Bryan did a brilliant job,very clean and tidy opening the ceiling. It turned out the damage was coming from a different source which had now dried. Campbell asked if we still wanted to replace the noisy MEV unit as it was not causing the issue. We advised we wanted it replaced and Campbell sourced and fitted a new unit. It was a very tricky job as the space between the joists was very limited but the new unit was fitted and works perfectly(so quiet we do not know it is on.) Bryan and Bob then returned and fitted a new removable opening with which we are delighted. Overall great communication between the client, the electrician and the joiner and you are left with a very happy customer.read more

I had a Simpson charger installed last week and the service from beginning to end has been impeccable.I completed the... online form then supplied the images needed to confirm the EV charger would work with my home. The process was explained perfectly and all the necessary information gathered that day. Anything else that Energize needed, they took care of without us having to worry about it. Following a detailed site survey a fair price was agreed and the work was then completed to a high standard and on time by Campbell - who was also very helpful in installing an exterior light at relatively late notice. Installation of new consumer fuse box and EV charger on side of garage. Excellent communication throughout,... knowledgeable about the different EV chargers and discussed what would be most appropriate to our specific requirements. Site survey carried out and work agreed. Turned up on time and work completed in half a day to excellent standard. Thankfully we didn't have to deal with cancellations due to Scottish weather but I'm sure this would have been communicated in plenty of time as well. Overall very happy with service and would gladly use again for electrical work.read more

We had an EV charging point installed at our house. From the outset Neil and the team were absolutely first class. They... were very prompt in responding to my initial enquiry, and provided valued guidance on the various options to consider as well as what was involved in the installation process itself. My car delivery was unexpectedly brought forward with only 2 weeks notice of delivery, but Energize Electrical pulled out all the stops and managed to fully install the EV charging point within that timescale. The actual installation process itself was flawless, they turned up on time, the installation was exactly as they had explained, and nothing was a problem to them (including crawling through awkward and tight basement spaces). They are without doubt the best electricians I have used, their customer service and quality of work is outstanding and they are now my first port of call for any and all electrical work. Energize Electrical recently installed an EV charger point for me and were thoroughly professional from start to... finish. At the outset, it was clear that Neil was well versed in the installation process and guided me through all of the steps required, including suggesting a number of different chargers. I then had an initial site inspection by Campbell, who then installed the charger two weeks later. The whole job took about 3 or 4 hours and was completed to a highly professional standard. Excellent service—absolutely sets the standard for trade services. Showed up on time, wore shoe coverings, and were... extremely professional and polite. They replaced 5 ceiling light fixtures, installing several different new ones. After each installation they cleaned up everything and hoovered dust and removed the boxes from the new lights as well as old fittings. They also undertook an EICR for and we’re very thorough. They followed up with a call to ask how the service was and if I needed anything else or wanted to share feedback. They identified a few follow-up items from their work and sent a summary with options the same day. Prices were fair for market the services, but were excellent considering the quality of the services. Will absolutely use Energize again and cannot rate them highly enough. Proper professionals!read more
