We have had excellent customer service throughout the whole process. From the initial contact with Neil, regarding the process of installation. Neil kept me up to date throughout the whole process. The assessment from his colleague, Campbell, again going over the requirements. To the fitting of our charger by Jordan, absolute professional. Jordan gave me a tour of his work, explained what this had entailed, and how to look after and operate the charger. Tidy work, absolutely no mess for me to clear up.
Absolute pleasure to have met such an excellent group of people. I would have no hesitation in recommending Energize Electrical.

We had good discussion on the requirements and options, they are very good at communicating which made us feel very involved in the process. I had an EV charger installed by Energize Electrical and I'm really happy with the service. Excellent communication throughout, and they were flexible with scheduling. The install itself took just a couple of hours while I was at work — everything was ready, clean, and tidy by the time I got home. I also used the OZEV grant for the installation, and Neil was really helpful with the process — my application was approved and I received the grant within a week, with no issues whatsoever. Price was reasonable and competitive too. Very professional staff, and I'd definitely use them again.

Energize Electrical installed an EV charger for us. Campbell visited first to help us work out what needed to be done, and then Ross came to do the actual work. Both were very professional and helpful, and Ross left the house very clean and tidy once he'd finished. I'm very happy with the work done, and would happily recommend EE.
